How to Make a Balloon Lightsaber – Because I work as a balloon artist in Charlotte, North Carolina, having a decent lightsaber design was essential for me. A couple of years ago, I did a lot of research on the internet and watched a lot of videos on YouTube to learn how to construct balloon lightsabers.

This served as the impetus for me to build a two-balloon lightsaber that was not only visually appealing enough to be used at birthday celebrations but also quick enough to be employed in line work. It was also essential for me to have a single design that was not only robust but also flexible to the point where it could, with only minor adjustments, be utilized to produce any lightsaber from the Star Wars universe that could be wielded by any Jedi. In this way, it doesn’t matter which Jedi character the youngster likes best—you’ve got them all covered!
Variant on the Lightsaber of Kylo Ren:
STEP 1
How to Make a Balloon Lightsaber – In order to complete the guard blades for Kylo Ren, we are going to add one red 160. Inflate the 160 to around the level of a bubble that is the size of four to six fingers. Only the top portion of the balloon is going to be used in this activity.
STEP 2
Turn the joint so that it fits into the hilt of the lightsaber, then pull the remaining portion of the balloon through the opposite side of the hilt. Set up the side blades in such a way that they may be inserted easily in between the pinch twists.

Construct an identical four to six finger bubble on the opposite side of the balloon, and then tie it off. Remove the surplus material from both ends, and you are finished!

STEP 1
We are going to stick with our tried-and-true lightsaber design for Darth Maul, but we are going to lengthen the hilt somewhat so that it may be gripped with both hands. Be careful to choose the option that involves two pinch twists at the bottom of your hilt.
STEP 2
Construct a second blade using the identical method that was applied to the attachment of the first blade, and then twist it into the base. It may be summed up in such a short phrase.
